County Supplies is a major purchasing and supply organisation, and a Business Unit of Hampshire County Council. We supply to registered customers in education, local government and the third sector.
Interruption to County Supplies Deliveries
Hampshire County Council will be carrying out planned essential maintenance to its IT system over the Christmas and New Year period. As a result, the County Supplies distribution systems will be unavailable from 5.00pm on Thursday 21st December 2017 until 7.00am on Tuesday 2nd January 2018. During this period there will be no scheduled deliveries from Wednesday 27th December to Wednesday 3rd January (inclusive).
To help minimise the impact of this unavoidable interruption to the County Supplies service we are asking customers to place orders for stock delivery well in advance of these dates to ensure delivery prior to the downtime.
Customers can continue to place orders in their usual way, and these orders will be held in our systems for delivery from Wednesday 3rd January, depending on individual customer requirements.
