The County Supplies contract for MFDs (Multi-Functional Devices) and Document Solutions is designed specifically for the public sector, schools and academies.

The contract offers the option to rent (operating lease) or purchase machines. A cost per copy charge covers all toner, servicing, parts, staples and preventative maintenance. In addition, County Supplies offers support through the ordering process and throughout the life of your machine. There are no hidden costs. The terms and conditions of the contract are designed to protect you.
