Collections and Rapid Delivery Service

In exceptional circumstances, County Supplies can arrange additional and special deliveries.

Customer collections

Goods required at short notice can be collected directly from our warehouse in Winchester.

To use the Customer Collections Service:

• Once you have placed your order, call Customer Services on (01962) 826999 quoting your purchase order number to arrange collection.
• Once an order has been packaged ready for collection, we are unable to amend it.
• Orders placed before 1.00pm will be ready for collection the following morning.
• Orders placed after 1.00pm will be ready the next afternoon.
• Our Collection Counter is open from 7.30am to 3.00pm (2.30pm on Fridays) and remains open at lunch time.

Free emergency Rapid Delivery Service (RDS)

If you have an urgent or unforeseen need, our free Rapid Delivery Service (RDS) will solve your problem.

How to use RDS:

Telephone Customer Services on (01962) 826999 to check stock availability, quoting your purchase order number.
