Ordering and Delivery

We hold over 3,000 education, office and hardware products in stock, delivered direct from our warehouse in Winchester. Orders can be placed via:

EStore - Hampshire County Council internal ordering system
County Supplies Online – for all registered external customers use County Supplies online
Your financial systems – we can provide electronic copies of our stock data for loading to your own financial systems, contact county.supplies@hants.gov.uk to request a copy
Direct Supply – By quoting the Contract Reference on your order you will benefit from preferential prices, protection of the contract terms and appropriate insurance levels.

Existing customers who wish to make an offline order will need to use our goods order form. There are also web forms for changing your customer details and changing your storage location details.
